General GSE009 Slicer Details:
General slicer series is compact in design and therefore ideal for smaller operations where space is at a premium. Constructed out of cast aluminum, it is anodized and stain resistant. Includes top mounted 2 stone sharpener, knife guard, belt driven knife, and spring loaded food tray return. Cuts thickness up to 7/16". Plate lock and hand guard for safety.
