Naks Type 2 Condensate Hoods are to be used to remove heat and steam over non grease equipment. This hood is designed to capture and remove heat and steam and are typically used over dish machines and steam kettles. However, Naks manufactures hoods to work for all kitchen applications with the customer’s needs and wants in mind. If Supply Air is required you can introduce this through an Internal (short Cycle) make-up air chamber, Perforated Supply Plenum (PSP) or Ceiling Diffusers.
