When it comes to running any kind of business, especially in the food industry, you want what will save you the most time possible. You want whatever will cut down on the time spent in the kitchen and in the maintenance room. When it comes to washing your dishes and washing all of your equipment, you want to make sure that you have the best and most effective sink possible. Cost should not be something that’s highly looked at here because of one major reason.
If your sink is constantly full and constantly being used then this could mean one of two things. Either A: Your dishwasher or whoever you have in the back doing dishes is incredibly slow or B: You are getting so much business that no one can keep up with all of the dishes that need to be done. If your problem is B, then this is a very good thing. Having a table attached to the sink allows more work space and allows the dishwasher to set things next to the sink to immediately grab after he’s done allowing him to save time on the dishes he is doing.
