A restaurant is only as good as its kitchen. If the kitchen doesn’t flow just right and there isn’t enough space and enough prep ability, than the restaurant will simply not do well because it won’t be efficient. A compartment sink will essentially allow for the people in the kitchen to have several sinks instead of just one…all on the same surface. Compartment sinks often have two, three or four sinks all in one. This allows for several items to be prepped and washed and ready for cooking at one time instead of trying to juggle all of these tasks in one sink.
